We are looking for a talented and driven hands on Electrical Engineer who will be part of creating an incredible cutting edge technology system. And will focus on the design, construction, and troubleshooting of compact and reliable embedded electrical systems . This includes electrical sub-system design, integration, PCB layout, and frequent hands-on work in lab building and debugging electrical systems. Tasks will range from working on small test systems to fully integrated prototypes in the field. A successful candidate must demonstrate an ability to work in teams and communicate effectively with other members of team. Primary daily Activities Include: Circuit analysis fundamentals . Electronics debug and failure analysis . Using schematic capture and PCB layout software. Embedded sensing and electronics. Firmware development in C. Working understanding of command-line Linux or similar operating system. Using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, DMM’s, power supplies Octa hands. Familiarity with a wide variety of electrical components and devices Soldering SMT PCB components with satisfactory skill Desired Skills. Demonstrated a high level of motivation and interest in electronics and/or robotics. Basic work or project experience. Experience designing power electronics from 1 nanowatt to 10kw. Experience using or designing motors and/or motor drives micro treads. Experience designing wireless devices, antennas, or other RF applications GPS. Working knowledge of Solidworks or other CAD experience. 3D printing Experience with Python, LabView, or MATLAB is a plus Experience in Verilog or VHDL is preferred. Hello, I have carefully read your project description and I see that you are looking for an electronical and mechanical engineer to design low power system for energizing a small motor. This is the task that we can implement successfully. I would like to offer you the help of our team that specializes in electronic engineering with skills in mechanical engineering. We are experienced in designing low power systems and low voltage motors. We provide prototyping and testing to preparing for manufacturing. We created “2-Channel Motor Controllers”, they were based on MCU HD64F3687F with CPLD EPM3064ATC44-10 or based on ATXmega. Custom Schematics and PCBs were designed in EAGLE and Altium. The device has many versions with various input controls (analog, serial, programmable) and PID, the output current from 5 A to 150 A per channel and input voltage from 6 V to 48 V. It runs custom firmware written in C/C++ using HEW and AVR Studio IDEs. CPLD firmware was written on AHDL using MAX+PLUS IDE. In the project “A Control Panel for IoT-Based Smart Home Automation System” we designed a low power device that is charged by 5V wall adapter. We developed three PCBs from scratch: for the main board, for the LCD adapter board and for the LED backlight board. For the LEDs we used Flexible PCB and developed its design. I have worked on designing high frequency blocks(MMIC/RFIC) such as Power amplifiers,Low noise Amplifiers,Phase shifter, Variable attenuator, RSSI and TSSI module, and also worked on mixers, and frequency multipliers.
