Complete design and engineering for small house in Fiji

I have started a design for a very small house in Fiji, the details are in both DWG and PDF format, I need an experienced architect/engineer to complete the drawings and a bill of quantity so that I can build the house. I would like to follow the building codes of either New Zealand or Australia. The real feature of the house is a viewing deck on the roof that needs more design and input to be completed. The outputs for this project would be (1) Floorplans, (2) Elevations, (3) Door & Window schedule, (4) engineering sections, (5) Electrical and Plumbing plans, (6) 3D renderings, (7) materials schedule and Bill of Quantities. This is not a large house but a beach house for weekend use and will be required by a family of 4 being 2 Adults and 2 children aged 8 & 4 with only 2 bedrooms. Most details are already shown on the supplied plans
