Hi,
I need realistic interior renders to be prepared with 3ds max and Vray for our 2000 m2 Fitness Center & Spa project. Specifications:
- Entrance Floor - 235 m2: Reception, Manager Room, Lobby, Men's Changing Room
- Mezzanine - 100 m2: Women's Changing Room
- First Floor - 1730 m2: Fitness Center, Spa, Pool, Bar
- We will give you 2D autocad drawings, material choices, floor cover types and sample photos of the spaces and materials
Please see the requirements below:
- All renders must be realistic
- Materials must be correct proportioned
- Lighting should be impressive
- Wide angle and 52mm camera angles
Please see the rooms / spaces to be rendered:
- Entrance Lobby, Reception and Stair (4 renders)
- Men's Changing Room (2 renders)
- First Floor Fitness Center (6 renders)
- Fitness Center Hallway (1 render)
- First Floor Spinning Room (1 day + 1 night renders)
- Pool Area (2 day + 2 night renders)
- Pool Lounge (1 render)
- Bar (1 render)
- Spa Hall (1 render)
- Turkish Bath (1 render)
- Sauna (1 render)
- WeightLifting Room (2 renders)
- Pool Hallway (1 render)
- Spa Changing Room (1 render)
*Total 28 Renders
*You must give us 3d max Model, too including all lights, cameras, objects and scene properties
