A relative of mine requires a Mitral valve surgery. I need you to make a list of the top ten hospitals specializing in this, along with respective top surgeons, and get a quote/estimate (get different rates for room types - try to be specific as much as possible, rather than giving a range such as 6-12 lacs). Surgery anytime in Feb or March 2018. Prior knowledge of this would be great. I can share medical records of the patient with the freelancer upon request.
