Comprehensive Virtual Assistant for Job Applications

I am in need of a Virtual Assistant that will handle tasks such as job application submission tracking, extensive editing and revising of resumes, and creation of tailored cover letters. The role requires a focused and targeted job search - paying attention to quality over quantity. Here's what you'll be doing:
- Application Submission: This will involve submitting job applications on my behalf.
- Tracking Applications: Keep track of all submitted applications.
- Resume Revision: Ensuring my resume is tailored for each application.
- Creating Cover Letters: Produce compelling cover letters that effectively showcase my experience for each job application.
- Focused Job Search: Conduct research to find targeted job opportunities. Avoid automated or easy-apply options, as I am focused on finding quality roles that align with my skills.
I'm primarily targeting roles in the technology industry - with a focus on Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst positions, and similar analytical roles.
The ideal candidate would have experience in human resources or recruitment, with a deep understanding of the tech industry and a proven track record in writing compelling job applications. Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills are key, as you'll need to effectively revise resumes and create cover letters based on job descriptions. I look forward to working with someone who is just as determined as I am to land a quality job in the tech industry.
Compensation/Time Needed:
- $10
- 2 hours per week (may increase if needed - also depends if i land a job, then i won't need assistance anymore)
$Bonus:
If i receive a offer letter with guaranteed full time remote work and a position, you will receive a referral bonus up to $1000 after I sign the letter and start working. (After 2 weeks of employment)
Requirements:
- Speaks English and able to properly communicate & understand what I am saying
-PLEASE SHARE EXPERIENCE- I would like to see tracking systems used from your past clients, if they landed any interviews or jobs, any information that shows you have completed this kind of work and would make me say, " Yes, I feel comfortable going with this VA for this job search project!"
- Must reach out daily for checkin and status of work - via my choosing of communication application- will discuss further
- Must work in est hours- my business hours are 2pm-11pm- Monday-Saturday
