Virtual Gift Store for Facebook

We want to build a virtual gift store for facebook. Allowing an individual to select a virtual image say of a birthday cupcake and send it to their friend with a customized message. There will be free and paid virtual gifts using a virtual currency. You can see similar applications by checking out Hallmark's Social Calendar on Facebook or RockYou's BirthdayCards. We would like a UI similar to Hallmarks Social Calendar although we'll have maybe an additional couple improvements. We have a basic wireframe of what the UI will look like as well as an application flow diagram.

For the payment processing we would like to use SocialGold - www.socialgold.com.

We also want the application to integrate the Kontagent analytics platform - [url removed, login to view]

This will be a facebook integrated application and we want to use the new graph api and not the old api.

We'll have the basis of a stylesheet available and checked in to an svn repository for you to use.

We would like the frontend to be primarily a single page and use ajax for view changes so that we don't have to do page reloads.

The back end I would like to be built in Ruby on Rails.
