Job Description: The contract SaaS Sales Development Representative is a fully remote position that facilitates scheduling of B2B discovery calls with prospects for sales executives. This is a high-volume enterprise and vendor level outbound role and you will be required to call upwards of 80 prospect touches on a daily basis. You will be provided with sales-enablement technology to help you be efficient and maximize your efforts. You will receive (paid) training in our clients’ product and value proposition. You shall also be provided scripts, email templates, and training on common objections/rebuttals. We provided you with up-to-date leads which we tee up for you in playbooks to allow you to swiftly work through a high volume of prospects. You will schedule the initial sales call with prospects for sales executives. You are responsible to make sure your meetings stick – you will be required to be on the call to introduce the prospect to the client’s sales representative. There are opportunities to advance into a more senior role. Time Commitment: This is a FULL-TIME role with schedules between 7am and 7pm (CST) Monday through Friday. You will keep track of your project hours in our time management software. What you will do: · Conduct discovery calls with prospects for the purpose of qualification for our clients’ demonstrations to be conducted by their sales executives · Prospect aggressively each day to build out your pipeline of interested prospects · Work efficiently in Salesforce · Effectively pitch our clients' solution to cold prospects so they want to learn more · Schedule discovery calls with prospects in Calendly/Outlook/Gmail calendar (manage time zones) · Meet via phone with C-Level and the client on a weekly basis · Document all sales activity in CRM or Tracker · Communicate well with C-Level, your sales reps, and your prospects You should already know how to: · Sell – we want seasoned reps ( > 3 years’ experience) to join our team · Handle general sales objections like “I’m busy” or “we don’t need that” · How to pitch products to different personas · How to quickly close appointments · Navigate Salesforce · Work effectively from home
