We are a charter bus company who needs assistance with responding to email correspondence and quote requests, and ensure better email communication with our customers. Duties are as follows:
--Review previous email correspondence
--Respond to all emails within a specified time frame. If a substantive answer cannot be immediately provided, provide client with a substantive response letting them know
--Review voicemails and missed calls to the sales manager, and follow up via email or SMS as appropriate. If phone skills are good, provide follow up call.
Initially, a manager will review all responses prior to them being sent.

We are seeking a qualified freelancer who is able to work from home without distractions. We prefer to hire someone locally, so we can complete an in-person interview and training (note: training can only be carried out night and weekends). All work can be completed from your home. College students preferred. Must have a computer with internet access, and a cell phone with unlimited calling, for correspondence with management.
Company is based in New York, NY and Trenton, NJ. We prefer a candidate who is local for in-person training.
