Job Posting Sales Needed for Job Site

Need Job posting sales. Very user friendly space. You would be selling job board space, at a reasonable rate. I need candidates who are connected in staffing or have high conversion rates.
The main client would be staffing companies looking to get more job exposure. Website would be [url removed, login to view] but the website isn't finished being completed.
If you feel you can help this site generate revenue and want to be rewarded for it would love to talk with you more about what I am trying to do. I have 4 years experience in staffing and can tell you careerbuilder, monster, and dice don't do justice. The only advantage is their candidate base.
This job board will be promoted in Specific Linkedin groups and other networking types of professional sites to allow greater exposure to potential candidates. There are 3 different types of packages to choose from from.
