We are looking for a customer service rep with great American English comprehension and writing skills to assist us with Live Chat between 8 AM EST to 7 PM EST. This is not a full-time/constantly working position so it is great for full time freelancers that will be at their computer anyway doing other projects, surfing the web or watching TV with their computer on their lap. Candidate should have excellent reading/writing skills as well as great Customer Service skills. We expect extremely high-level customer support, professionalism and use of proper grammar. Candidate should also be resourceful as research within manuals & google search’s may be required to respond to some customer inquiries. We currently do not have an extremely high volume of users although as sales come in, our marketing dollars grow. Conversations will be saved and periodically reviewed for quality purposes. Compensation: CAD $2/day + 10% commission on assisted sales Our product is subscription based therefore commission will be ongoing until the client leaves. Requirements: 1. Available for chat between 8 AM EST to 7 PM EST 2. Stable high speed internet access 6. Additional languages are a plus. I'm very proficient at replying promptly with a 117 words per minute typing speed at my arsenal. Being tech savvy, multitasking is a breeze as I can chat with around 6-10 people at the same time without a lag in response times.
