Sales Plan for a Preschool Franchise Department

I need a Sales Plan for a team of 4 sales people who will working towards lead generation for a Preschool Franchise Department which is in the process of being set up recently. The sales team will be assigned 4 different territories/zones of Mumbai as per attached format. Each of these sales person will be assigned one zone each and will be responsible to generate leads for new Franchise Partners from the territories. A sales plan is required on how these sales people are supposed to be working on getting the required leads and conversion as well. Since they will be contacting several new clients I would also need format of a report that they can maintain with statistics on how prospective the leads are, whether the leads are viable, conversion of these leads.
