I have thoroughly read your project brief and project requirements and I also agree AdWords clicks without sales don't mean a lot.
During the first seven days, my services will include reviewing your current Adwords Campaigns and adgroups and identify areas for improvement (i.e. keywords and ads). First, I will then generate a keyword list, researching service and competitors will be two ways of a few more, using the the lists that you might already have and building on top of it, and if applicable, may suggest removing some keywords. This will include identify, long tail keywords, which match types for each keyword and identifying negative keywords. Second, I will review all of your ads and create a few more, I might even disable some if they are not generating clicks and driving down your Click Through Rate (CRT).
After three weeks have gone by from start of project, I will revisit your account and identify additional negative keywords, check on each keyword and check on bidding for each, specifically the ones that generate a lot of impressions. I will also review each ad, create a few more and disable the ones that generate the least amount of clicks.
If you are using Google Analytics, I will also create a few goals so that we can track which keywords convert (i.e. generate sales). Over time, you will be able to identify which keywords generate sales and which ones do not and make educated decisions on which keywords to increase bidding and which ones to decrease or disable.
