Article Submission - 100 per Month Each article to contain 2 keyword phrases with hyperlink to our site. Article is to be used no more than 5 times. Each article will possibly link to a different page in our site for deep links.

Directory submission 100 per month no more than 50 outbound links per page, must allow anchor text to be used for our own targeted keyword, directory page link is own must be indexed by Google, Yahoo etc..

All must be United States sites and US English of the above.

- Links must be PERMANENT, free, one way, non-reciprocal and static to our website

- The page our link is placed on must be PR+, not just the site's main page

- There is no more than 20 outbound links on each web page where the link is placed

- Page must be updated by Google within the last 30 days

- Links must contain our key phrases as a text hyperlink

- No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links, Flash sites/pages, or other unethical or black-hat tactics

- Link page should be only from US English language sites

- No scraper sites, mirror sites, link exchanges

- Prefer high ranking sites verified by Alexa

- No sites banned by google.

- Must be manually submitted.

- No link schemes, No ping sites, No links within newsgroups

- Links must be from different Class-C IP addresses

- No use of Automated software (e.g., Zeus, Arelis or others)

- Link pages must be related to Sports (baseball, soccer, football, etc) awards, equipment, trophies etc..

- Links must be submitted naturally to avoid any penalties: don't place all links at once.

- Link pages must be static (No string parameters, session ID's etc.)

- No blacklisted or spam sites.

- You must also provide me with a list of the links which I will verify. List to be emailed to me in excel format for my approval before starting and should include url, PR, etc..

The links must be LEGIT and PERMANENT and FREE.
