I am looking to have a site built with wordpress, just like this.

I require the site to have a homepage, as well as pages for all of the US states. Each State should have it's own page. (51 states)
I am looking for someone with excellent written and spoken English, and excellent wordpress skills.
1) I will require the site to use proper linking structure
example: [url removed, login to view]
2) I will require the site to use breadcrumb links.
If you are not sure what breadcrumb links are....please do not respond to this ad.
3) Title tags should be different for each page. For instance. The title tag for the Florida page should be different that the title tag for the New York page.
