Update Spreadsheet for developer with new pages, titles, descriptions

I have an Excel Spreadsheet with approx 131 rows. This describes the 131 products, title, keywords and description of the pages on the client website.
This now needs updating - some products, not all have changes and there are about 20 new ones to be added. I need you to update the spreadsheet and fill in the description and metas from the product pages where new pages have been added (approx 30). Basic SEO skills are needed to see what to do - but the old entries will show you what I need, it is not difficult.
