Documentation on how to create a simple Sharepoint provider hosted addin, installed on Sharepoint online + working sample

Create simple (Hello world) or skeleton Sharepoint provider hosted addin installed on Sharepoint online, which would copy a library from one Sharepoint site to another Sharepoint site. Create a detailed description of all separate steps of solution including configuration (and or registration) of all services and subscriptions needed, that must be part of the solution. Part of the work is time for consulting in case of implementation issues when we take over the documentation and working sample. Use Visual Studio 2017 for the project.
