Merge tab delimited text files

Need a PowerShell or batch file solution to merge tab delimited text files file into a single file tab delimited output file. For example, if File1 has 6 records, File2 has 600, and File3 has 60, the output file will have 666 records. Include system requirements in your proposal. Requirements: 1) the batch/PS file will be located in the same directory as the text files. 2) the output file should be named ReadyToLoad 3) the output file should be located in the same directory as the input files 4) merge only the input files which have a header row that exactly matches the headers in the tab delimited text file, [login to view URL] 5) the output file should have a single header row, i.e. it should not include a header row from each input file 6) if a file is rejected because it doesn't exactly match the text file, [login to view URL], the file should be moved into a subdirectory of the current directory. a. that subdirectory should be named NoMatch b. if the directory doesn't exist, create it. 7) provide documentation of a. how the code works in detail for a nontechnical audience. b. step by step instructions for deploying your batch/PS file.
