Shopify to Jotform

I need to embed a Jotform into my Shopify web site which as Bold Apps - Product Options installed (used to display the correct pricing to the customer in Shopify).

Pay Structure milestones

10% to start, this include a write up from you that of what you will do and show me that you understand the goal of the project.

40% to show me it works on a demo site (as my site is Live)

50% upon completion on my site

I will not pay until the milestone has been completed.

The reason for Jotform is because of the file upload limitations of Shopify / Bold Apps, which is currently 10mb. My customers provide larger files then the 10mb limit.

All my products require to capture additional information from Jotform.

I have to use Bold Apps Product Options, to show the customer the correct pricing.
