Need Prestashop Fixes

I need these fixes for my new prestashop theme:

1. Fix why tax, tax rules and shipping charges are not showing on the shopping cart summary or on product prices page.

2. Fix why I cannot add products anymore. When I try to add products it goes to a blank page.

3. Fix why my products and categories don't show up under my custom menu categories. All products and categories all go under the "HOME" menu tab and not the ones I select. If you go to the demo link [url removed, login to view] you can see how it's supposed to be work.

4. Fix why the "online booking" module doesn't show up on the shopping cart shipping page.

5. The developer will be sending me the update for the theme and need you to update my theme without loosing my content, modules, etc.

I might have other fixes for additional money but this is it for now. YOU ABSOLUTELY NEED EXPERIENCE WITH PRESTASHOP. If you are working on multiple projects where you cannot meet the deadline DO NOT RESPOND OR BID.
