Aliexpress.com buying bot

Hello, I have Excel document with all the mapping to fulfill an order on Aliexpress. I have many orders per day and I want to have a quick way to make them. Idea: Make orders from a Excel document to Aliexpress. Do not pay them so they will be in the awaiting payment list. I will make final payment myself. 1 click or activation of the application to make all my orders from a Excel document to Aliexpress. I have an Excel ready, you can either provide me a template or use mine. Dont make the orders lightning fast because after 20 request too fast to aliexpress server you get ignored for few seconds IE: send 20 orders, wait 30 seconds, send another 20 orders... up to last orders. It does not pay for the order. It will stack the unpaid orders into the awaiting payment list so I can review and 1 click pay them all. It need to keep the order ID and save it to a file or my excel order file. In that way I can know the order id pertaining to what customer. 9- After 3 or 4 buy it now, a captcha will appears under the buy it now button. It need to be solved so Death By Captcha need to be integrated with this bot. 10- If the bot cannot buy the product (not available, link or product does not exist, no quantity available) It need to store these orders into a file so I can investigate and correct the url/link/product. 11-Bot need to be 100% working and it need to be safe. Transaction involving money... It need to be done in background or very fast way. I received many offers with Selenium + Python but I prefer a background process or httpd.
