AMR-WB and EVS codec FreeSWITCH module

Hi, I don't think that its a possible thing to do this requirements under native c/c++ environment for such low budget, I am a full-stack Engineer, I've BS degree in Computer Science, I've ISTQB certification in Testing, i have 6Y+ of experience in: (Analysis, Web Development, Software Engineering, Software Architect, Quality Assurance, Databases and Linux Administration) I can deliver better result in this project, but please consider the availability to increase your project budget.
