C# application doesn't run on another computer

I complied my C# windows forms application on Microsoft Visual Studio Enterprise 2017 with configuration "Release". When I try to run it on another computer, no windows are shown at all. Complied on Windows 10, another computer has windows 7 installed. What can it be? Windows 10 framework: PS C:\Users\mzabox> Get-ChildItem "$($Env:WinDir)\Microsoft.Net\Framework" -i [login to view URL] -r | >> ForEach-Object { $[login to view URL] } 2.0.50727.8825 4.7.2600.0 Windows 7 FW: 4.7.2558.0 I dunno what is the issue exactly and why its not running.. i need someone to connect to my team viewer and debug with me if i miss something..
