Chrome extension and Function to add data to Google Sheet

We need a function that can be used in a chrome extension to send a row of data into a selected google sheet. To accomplish this we need a dummy chrome extension that calls the function. The extension should have one setting which is the target sheet name. We will provide a CSV file with example data. Pressing the extension button should loop and add rows to the sheet one at a time.
