Desktop Installer for Integration of Custom Vocabulary into Mac OS Dictation

We are looking to develop an add-on installer that integrates a custom vocabulary of more than 60,000 biomedical terms into Mac OS' inbuilt Dictation tool ([login to view URL]). The end result should be that a user can speak any of the terms from the integrated database, and the Dictation tool should be able to reference the custom list and transcribe the word.
