door management

factory warehouse door management, I need an application for door management. add the door to the warehouse, by the number (where door will be kept) doors will be keep verticaly in Units, for example: Unit A(numbers from 1 to 10), Unit B(numbers from 1 to 10), Unit C(numbers from 1 to 10)...

After door is ready in factory must to go in warehouse keeper from warehouse keeper in few days must to go for client.

In warehouse keeper must to keep in a number place(for example door number: 0001

is in A4 == unit A number 4), after door number 0001 is go for client A4 in computer must be available and another door can be added in A4.

All this details must to be keep in computer... for this db must have acces: office and warehouse keeper... must have account: office and user for login... office must to have grand permissions and user limited.
