Ethereum ERC20 basic features creation by Java

Hello,

This project is for creating a basic ERC20 token related code by Java.

Requirements:

1) Get balance of ERC20 token for a wallet address.

2) transfer some value of ERC20 token from a wallet address to another wallet address.

3) Switch test and production environments. use [login to view URL] for the RPC server.

4) Throw exceptions for errors. Secure code for production use.

Please create functions for 1) ,2) , 3), 4) with sample code to confirm its working.

Please implement by Java.

Escrow payments will be divided into 50%+50%.

The initial 50% will be released when/soon after you deliver the source code.

Another 50% will be released after checked everything is ok within 3 days.
