This can be done using python. In my previous organisation I had experience performing similar task work for reconciliation purposes. I need some more clarity to understand if any data format / presentation level changes are being made while converted to a xlsx file. The end out put will be a executable file (.exe) and a .config file. The .exe file will perform the mentioned operation for all the folder locations specified in the config file and will generate a .xlsx file with proper audit trail records for convenience of trouble shooting as well. The assumption made here is that there is no data format changes (eg: 09/09/18 changed to 09-Sep-2018, etc in the file to be performed.
