I'm new here (but have been programming for 19 years). I'll need to discuss a few things with you before doing this. Is this a register just for your company, or a bigger register that must be able to handle many companies. And in that case, presumably you'll specify how to authorise edits to the different companies. Rules for maintaining such a register presumably differ by country. Which country's rules would you like followed? Or must we arrive at a single system that satisfies the rules of some large number of companies? In that case, do you know the single superset of such rules already, or do we have to bring in legal experts? I see that Ireland, for example, wants: name, birthday, nationality, address, extent of interest, duration for each such beneficial owner. Will you want to record much more than this? I'm happy to develop such a system, and deploy it onto a computer you control. ---- The system will run on a Linux server and be accessible through web browsers. These web browsers may be on any computer, including a Windows one.
