I have recently developed an application that works with binary and ASCII pgm images, and am extremely familiar with the best way to complete this task. I have the necessary algorithm already worked out, I simply need to write it out in C. This will take a maximum of two days, and I can guarantee that it will work with images of any size. I can also guarantee that it will be perfectly suited for adding onto later, for future assignments.
