Programador mikrotik

Hi and thanks for studying this project: The project is to improve our company internet speed, mostly in uploading. We have a very limited ADSL connection in our place, with 8M DOWNLOAD and 0,6 M UPLOAD. -What I want is our Mikrotik that have 5 ports, to place 4 of them to WAN and one to LAN. -I want to sum all band'swith with all ISP in "WAN". -One of the "WAN" is a cellular conection 4G with data limit, This should make EXCLUSIVE USE of data ONLY for uploading. *The idea is to sum download speeds of ADSL, and sum uploads speeds of ADSL + 4G *Example. WAN 1 = ADSL 1, WAN 2 = ADSL 2, WAN 3 = ADSL 3, WAN 4 = 4G, LAN 5 = CONECTION TO PRINCIPAL SWITCH. *WAN 5 (4G) Must work limited or blocked with downloading. -At a fisrt stage, we would use only WAN 1(ADSL 1) y WAN 4(4G), but WAN 2 y WAN 3 should be available just in case we need a beter bandwith in the future. -In the company we have several "switches" and a total of 26 connected devices, there are machines, computers, printers, smartphones, etc... in Linux, Windows, IOS y android... -Local network should work in [login to view URL] -at this moment, ADSL 1 is working in [login to view URL] ROUTER ASUS DSL-AC52U -at this moment, 4G 1 is -at this moment, 4G 1 is working in [login to view URL] ROUTER HUAWEI B310 The Mikrotik model is RB951Ui-2HnD I am available any time I need this asap, as we are consuming all 4G data very fast.
