I would like some one who has already done work in this area and can supply a "test application" with the API already implemented in a dll The project is I have a shipping application, i'm looking for some one to add a function that will allow me to pass the relevant data to it to print label using the royal mail API Further work will follow to implement picking up a csv to print labels in the same application if the 1st work, works out Must be in visual studio 2010 using visual c#, have good English and understanding of what is required

I have experience in this field. I gained great experience with mail handling while I was working with Steward Lending Services. Made an application, which would pick a raw file (cvs or xml) and after save all data to the database, then will generate different pdf format of letters (depend on the raw data), which would need to be sent to the clients. They would be queued and sent to the printer and mailed out.
