Simple Software Copy Protection Module with Online Server Activation Fixed Price

I have a bunch of exe file, some is [login to view URL] and some is actual running program exe. Module 1 Create a external exe that will call my actual exe. I will rename the actual exe to something [login to view URL] So no modification to my exe, my exe will be rename to some dll The program will prompt a license code if invalid the program exit, if valid it will activate on the pc and never prompt for license code again The program must allow me to change the icon picture Module 2 Online activation, the program go online to a web server or it can go to a VPS server when there is another software running waiting to check for activation both is fine with me if writing a windows apps is easier. It check if license key is valid it return and activate the program on the pc permanently, it may capture some hardward id. The license key can be activate by xx number of time (I will define it) so each activation the timer will count down, when it reach 0 the license key will not be able to activate anymore PC The exe file that you created must not be flag as a virus that is the main key concern. most of the software copy protection that rewrap the exe is flag as virus and I do not want that so the best I can think of is to change the filename without rewrapping my dll file. Budget less than 200 complete within a week It is not a complicated project except the online module part
