Software Developers needed for Building New Software for Infrastructure Security

I wanted to start off by saying that please if you have the skills or experience to do something like building a software from scratch than and ONLY than respond.

I am looking for someone who has experience in Anti-Hacking or Ethical Certified Hacking. Must have experience in Nmap, Aircrack-ng, Wifiphisher, Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, SQLmap, CME, Impacket, PowerSploit, Luckystrike, BeEF, THC-Hydra, Debugger, SET, Metasploit and SecLists.

We are looking to build a software which will allow organizations to run as a platform to assess security vulnerabilities for immediate remediation under single pane of glass dashboard. This PaaS will allow the users to generated advanced reporting.
