Hello! I need a program/software developed for my company. We need an affiliate program developed similar to what ClickFunnels has (where the affiliate link is tracked based on the user/click). We want: - Affiliate ID to be linked to a lead (clicking on their link or registering for an event or during the checkout process (note we need it linked to registration or checkout, it doesn't have to be linked to simply clicking a link and not buying) - Affiliate commission plans - we need to be able to assign commission plans and rules - 2 tier commissions - we have affiliate managers who would need to be linked to affiliates and earn commission off of their people - only goes to 2 levels so this is NOT a MLM system - Sign up feature - we want each affiliate to have their own account. NOTE that they may also be able to sign up for affiliate programs under different companies so that needs to be considered as well. - Tracking - we need to be able to track if a LEAD has purchased and therefore makes them no longer eligible for affiliates to make commission on (affiliates only earn commission on the first transaction from their lead). - Tracking Settings - we need to be able to dictate how long the affiliate ID is assigned to an individual - Integrations - we would need this to be integrated to Clickfunnels (to start) so that we are properly tracking the sale. This isn't MANDATORY (we can use a different tool like tracking codes or something else) but the sales will take place in ClickFunnels. - Reconciliation - right now we can pay manually via PayPal or eTransfer but we need to be able to mark affiliates as paid - Affiliate dashboard - we want our affiliates to be able to login and see WHO their leads are and WHERE their commissions came from (basically who signed up using their link and who purchased using their link) - Reporting - I need to be able to pull reports and export into Excel I am looking for an individual / team to be my go-to for other enhancements to this project as well. Any COPY AND PASTED proposals will not be read. When you submit your proposal, please highlight that you understand what we are looking for and how you approach projects. My budget is tentative as I don't know what all would be required so I am open to further discussions. I am excited to see who is out there as our next business partner!
