USB programmer for screen monitoring/recording

I am looking for hardware & software programer for developing USB programming to capture videos and stores in USB stick which is connected to computer. With below specifications; 1. Developer can choose any language which could be perl/python/java/.net/machine language/c/c++/vc++. 2. Once hardware is connected to computer then it should not give in notification in computer. 3. Once hardware is connected to computer then all dependent driver/softwares should get installed automatically withot any notification to user. (Silent installtion) 4. You can customize the hardware as per your requirement. 5. once hardware is connected then it should record all logs into USB stick in video format just as screen recorder, make sure that size should be very less. 6. If any additional improvement will come then it will be communicated once freelancer is finalised.
