I need to develop a Windows software for me.
It is for a Lucky Draw software. There will be someone else that will develop various animation videos for me. I need a software that can link up all the videos together.
There will be a main video (either a spinning wheel or various gift boxes), so when the customer click the spin button or pick a gift box, it will go on to show the respective video to show the winning gift, by random sequence.
Then after a leadtime (eg 15secs, should be able to set ourselves), it will auto go back to the main video for the next customer.
There should also be an option for receipt ticket printing so the receipt printer will print out what prize is won based on the random sequence video.
Milestones will only be released upon successful completion of the project. No partial release.
