Write a Payroll program in C++

Hello, I am a beginner in C++ and need a bit of assistance creating a Payroll project. The Program should read attached file (Project [login to view URL]) and do the following: Write a simple payroll program that would: Read employee’s information from a disk file (attached with email). The text file includes records of employees. Making all variables of the class private; Add constructors, mutator, accessors, input, & output functions; Save the class declaration in a head file; Save the definitions of the class in a .cpp file; Write a main function to (using class’s functions): Read employee’s information from a disk file. The text file includes records of employees. Each record includes: employee’s name (30 bytes), employee’s id (5 bytes), hourly rate (int), hours worked (int). Calculate the wage for each employee based on the hourly rate and the hours worked. Display on the screen the employee’s name and wage. Repeat step 7 through 9 until the end of file. *** Please do not use pointers or arrays.
