write a simple java swing program using netbeans ide

write a java swing program using netbeans ide with the following functionality: 1- the program has simple interface with a lable which diplays increment counter . and there are 2 buttons : 1 button for reset the counter and the other for stopping the counter. 2- the program has the ability to save it's state in properties file if exist and if not exist it will create it and store the state (last value of the counter if the programs is crashed or exit) 3- the main function of the program is to increment the counter if the time of the local computer is correct with the following 2 abilities: A- local way or algorithm to be sure if the local computer time is correct and if it is i will continue incremneting and if the time and date is not correct it will stop incrementing ( which mean that the program has a way or method to detect if the time of local computer is not correct.) B- Internet way using time servers like ntp servers to check if the time of the local computer is correct or not if there is internet connection 4- the program should has the ability to send email alert using yahoo email if the local computer time is not correct and the configuration if the email should be changable inside configuration file or properties file the app can work with or without internet connection and the program has the ability to check the correctness of the local computer time and to do the incrementing procees or to stop if needed i need the following : 1- the source code of the swing java app using netbeans ide 2- the program should run using java 1.7 and above 3- the program should be completed and deleveried during 2 days from the accepting time. important note : please be sure that you have the ability to do all the needed features within the time and the bidding budget
