Write some Software

Need to develop an windows application with Windows Service and a interface to interact with this service. The Windows Service will communicate with a system that have web service XML-RPC, and communicate with a equipments thought UDP protocol. The user will introduce is ID on the Equipment and send to Windows service application where will validate by Web-Service on the other system send the result to the equipment. Is the user is authenticated correctly the user will make some operation that are request to be register by the windows service on the other system (web Services). The Service, will make make some operation on the equipment like: - Init communication with equipment - Write some messages on the LCD display - Send messages to be printed an ticket - Received messages from the equipment to process - Generated logs - Register operations on CSV files The windows Services will have to allow multi languages (messages sent to the display). The translations will be on a local directory on txt files (texts used on the interface, and messages send to the display and printer on de equipment) There also will be some configurations files to related some messages from the equipment and values to be used (for example: message n1 -> 0,50), also configurations files to identify the IP's of equivalents, and location of the web services. The communications between the windows service and equipment should be encrypted with AES (at the start without encryption to speed up the initial development) Would not be possible to provide an equipment, we will give access to an address that would allow to communicate with the equipment(s) and with the system. The test about the operations that can be made on the equipment would be coordinated with us. We would be available between 9 am and 19am GMT (could be possible some days later).
