I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows using .NET. I have an (almost complete) c sdk and web service. I need someone to do final touches on the c library for windows to wrap, or convert to c#. Then I also need to have a pgina/windows auth plug in built and a privileged daemon process. This service needs to use the sdk to communicate with the web service and download and cache information in a local secure database (only readable by privileged process). The main daemon then does a few things. It uses the information in the cache to decide and allow an account to log in (pgina or windows login auth plugin), understands and monitors while they are logged in, and under certain conditions lock their screen or log them out. It's essentially a parental control application. The final windows code and sdk will be released open-source. Is this a project you can help with? And how long would you expect it to take?

As I understand you want create custom auth for Windows Relevant Skills and Experience Previously I use pgina to implement custom actions on login so I think this will be easy for me.
