I need a SalesForce dev person to help with a profe of concept that would need to customise the SoftPhone from open CTI on the legacy Sales force interface. This is for our acounting firm needing some SalesForce integration. The Voice platform will have an API and this is a separate project. Need the SoftPhone SF open CTI do the following: -Receive a call via rest or webhook -Display contact details (name and company) -When someone calls, bring their contact page in SF -Recognise phone numbers in SalesForce page -Place a call from the recognised numbers -Take a text note during a call and deliver it in the activity stream in SalesForce under the Account/user receiving the call Please note we are not considering the new Salesforce interface. I believe this is called lightning. We need it for the old and legacy interface. Thanks, DANIELA
