CREATE A SIMPLE FORM WITH DROP-DOWN MENU

CREATE A SIMPLE FORM WITH DROP-DOWN MENUS AND THE ABILITY TO PASTE PHOTOS OVER EXISTING PHOTOS WITHOUT NEEDING TO RE-SIZE. We currently use Microsoft Word to produce a form we use over and over again, each time the address, price and bedrooms/bathroom and garage numbers are changed. The photos of each property are also changed... I have made this same form in InDesign but it is still to slow. I need a form that can be saved as a PDF and for things like how many bedrooms can be chosen from a simple drop-down menu: 1,2,3,4,5 etc. I also need to be paste photos on top of the existing photo and have it fit inside the same size border so I don't have to constantly keen re-sizing each photo that is pasted in. If you think you are capable of producing this form please contact me asap and note what program I need to be able to fill out the form in and if it is possible to save it as a PDF to later print. PAGE ONE: A table with three colomns. Column 1: Property address Column 2: Price column 3: Bedrooms (1) Bathrooms (1) Garages (1) PAGE TWO: 4 photos of property that need to be easily changed without re-sizing each time a new photo is pasted in. (The way Adobe InDesign does it works perfectly). PAGE THREE: Same as page two. PAGE FOUR: Same as page two.
