Hi I need someone to give me a detailed breakdown of what a business analyst need to do. From project initiation when the PID has been received right until testing need to take place. What type of meetings should be set up, the type of questions one should ask from initiation to testing. The more info that can be provided would be great. This is for new initiatives as well as existing products. I need a detailed breakdown of what type of meetings need to be set up and type of questions that need to be asked in those meetings.
