Full Stack Developer - Quick Turnaround Project

SHOW SAMPLES FIRST >>>> Need an experienced full stack developer to do some quick updates to our cloud based application (we are on azure). Need changes to the front end and the backend I would estimate about 25-30 hours of work. Required skills are MS Azure, C#, Dotnet, Twitter Bootstrap, Web Development, JavaScript. Python is a nice to have but not essential. Must be extremely responsive and available to collaborate/meet with team during US pacific business hours. Must be available to start work immediately.
