VB .net Software Testing and Problem adding DB .mdf file

We will make the payment after the completion of the work. Milestone will also be created after the work completion. Only experienced people bid here, others don't waste my time. We have developed on CDR Analysis application for windows. After finishing the development, We have generated the EXE file also and its working fine on the same system on which it was developed but after we connecting it to the server when we install it on other systems, It gets installed successfully on every pc but when check the admin link given on the server then its not sending the data on the server. Only one exe is sending the data on the server which is developed on the main system and also running on that system only. We have made a provision for security purpose that, after installation of this application, users need to get activation key from us. After key generation on server, it is given to user. But when we generate the key on server and give it to users then it activates the application only on one main system and for every application we need to generate the different keys and when we give it to remaining user systems it doesn't activates the application. When i made the setup there is no option to include my db (.mdf file). Thats why my setup is not working properly. Database file has already created, we only have to bind it What should we do now?
