• Create a separate Database with individual Tables for each program, with SQL jobs running every *mins to recreate Tables
• Email Program/script is linked to Data in Tables
• Email Program/script runs every *mins and gathers recent data from tables, formats into HTML and sends email.
o Respond button is configured to update DB information re email addresses
o Separate Mailbox configured for this response (internally handled)
o CST to maintain mailbox (internally handled)
o Email format and wording customisable by internal IT once complete
We have the view's created, could be optimised and also have draft email wording.
