Eflow5 add new company and check connection to masterdata SQl for missing GR for some invoices

as the title said we have already an Eflow5 system been set up and we would like to add a new company, also we have each month around 1% of GR will be missing and can't see them so we need to check the cause and fix it. Note: everything will be done by Teamviewer and viewed by us while doing the task as its Company servers and we can't give direct access. and please if you don't know Eflow5 no need to send a request to try to do it.
