I need help with a simple SQL code for an oracle database to produce the output table (shown in the screenshot) from both input tables 1 and 2. What I'm looking for is to construct a table that calculates the the number of users at any one given month. The "START" and "END" Date determine the start and discontinue use of the services. For example, I would like for the output table to display the number "3" if there are 3 people using the services within their start and end dates.
