We have a Primary and Secondary (Readable) database setup on Azure ... We use the Secondary to Read and Query data. But we find that the Secondary performs over 10 times slower than the Primary... Is there somethign in the settings we can do to change this or other advice to improve performance

What we need is a SQL Database expert WHO Also understands the Azure SQL Database environment (since this is where we have our stuff).
