Are you receiving any error messages? If yes, could you please send us a screenshot?
What internet connection are you using? (Home/work/school/public)
Which is your ISP (Internet Service Provider)?
Have you tried our Smart protocol option as well as manually switching between TCP and UDP protocol? ([login to view URL])
Also, have you tried the Secure Core option?
